Crossing the Russian Taiga in Solitude

Crossing the Russian Taiga in Solitude

$250.00

Dusk settles as a villager on a horse-drawn sled makes his way through the taiga near Krasnoyarsk in Southern Siberia.

Referred to as a boreal or snow forest in North America, taiga is Russian for “land of the little sticks”. It is composed of lush coniferous trees and subject to long, bitterly cold winters.
