GROUP EXHIBIT IN OLDENBURG, GERMANY
As part of a group exhibit, “Tschernobyl 1986-2006. Leben mit einer Tragödie - Chernobyl 1986-2006. Living with a Tragedy” at the Landesmuseum für Kunst und Kulturgeschichte in Oldenburg, Germany, a collection of 30 of Gerd Ludwig’s photographs explores the lasting environmental, health and social consequences of the Chernobyl accident. The show also includes work by Anatol Kliashchuk (Ukraine) and Rüdiger Lubricht (Germany). Commemorating the world's worst nuclear disaster of 1986, this powerful exhibit presents a haunting documentation of the aftermath. It runs from June 25 to September 3, 2006.
